If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return most products to us for a full refund, to exchange for another product, or for store credit for up to 15 days after you receive the product. Sorry, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping for orders of less than $50.

If you happen to be in the Door County area or traveling to Door County, you may also return your product at the offices of the Peninsula Pulse, Hwy 57, Baileys Harbor, WI during normal business hours (10 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday). There is no fee to return items to the Pulse office. Refunds are delivered electronically and will not be handled in person.
